About

A small studio for serious systems.

Last Word builds websites, agents and automations for people who have better things to do than supervise a fragile machine. The idea is simple: remove friction without adding chaos.

Position

Not anti-tech. Just anti-smoke.

AI becomes useful when it takes responsibility for a real workflow: reading documents, watching a market, preparing a reply, orchestrating tools, or helping a team decide faster.

It becomes painful when it lands as a magic layer on top of everything, with no logs, no limits, and nobody able to explain what just happened.

Last Word sits between the two: technical enough to build, editorial enough to explain, and design-conscious enough to make the result worth using.

01

AI has to be situated

A useful agent knows its perimeter, sources, permissions and limits. If it does not know, it says so.

02

Design creates trust

Readability, speed, calm, traces. Visual effects never replace clear information.

03

Small works better

We prefer a narrow system that works every week to a broad promise nobody can maintain.

04

Taste matters

An internal tool can be sober and beautiful. A commercial page can sell without shouting.

Founder

A clear responsibility.

Founder

I am building Last Word as a field studio: websites, agents and automations that have to survive everyday use, not just a demo.

Start from the real situation

No perfect brief needed. A messy workflow is enough.
